Welcome to Edmonton RV Store, the home of Edmonton RV Service on the web! We’re a family-owned business that has been providing quality RV repairs and parts since 1976. We strive to keep as many items as possible in stock and ship all orders as soon as possible from the time of receipt. Shipping quotes for all orders under $150 can be calculated by adding products to the shopping cart – no purchase required. City, Province, and Postal Code are required.

Returns

Whether you no longer need the item, or want something different, we get it! To start a return, email us at edmontonrv@edmontonrv.com and let us know you’d like to return an item. We will send you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.  Returns must be received within 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping fees are non refundable. Some additional terms apply to returns, as noted below:

– Due to fees imposed by our credit card processor, all returns are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% of the total order. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy, and this fee applies to all returns.

– If the original packaging has been compromised, or the item is otherwise in unsaleable condition, an additional 20% restocking fee will apply.

– All electrical components, rubber seal products, and used parts are final sale. We will not process a return for these items.

Lost/Damaged Items

While we have the utmost faith in our delivery partners, if you receive a damaged item or your item is lost in the mail, we will replace it at no cost. To proceed with a replacement, you must notify us as soon as possible with photos showing the damage. 

Order Cancellations

Notice of cancellation must be emailed to edmontonrv@edmontonrv.com as soon as possible. While in some cases it may be possible, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as we strive to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. 

Back Orders

If an item isn’t available in stock, you may have the option to place a back order. Not all items support this feature. If you place a back order, we will hold the order in our system and fulfill it as soon as we receive stock from our supplier. If you place a back order and the item is no longer available, or will be arriving significantly later than estimated, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
